Who we are

Sell Fast Edmonton is a real estate investment company. We are not real estate agents or brokers and we do not list properties. We buy properties directly, or with partners, and may assign our purchase contract to another buyer. Offers are typically below full market value in exchange for speed and certainty. Feel free to get independent legal advice. Mortgage services, if requested, are provided separately by a licensed mortgage professional.

No offer until it is in writing

Nothing on this website is an offer to buy your property. An offer only exists once we give you a written purchase agreement. You are never obligated to accept.

Information only

Content on this website, including our guides, is general information and is not legal, tax, or financial advice. Get independent advice for your situation.

Assignment

We may assign a purchase contract to another buyer. If we do, we tell you in writing, and your agreed price and closing date stay the same.

Limitation

We work to keep the website accurate but do not guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses from using it.
